Senior Precast Detailer

Experience Required: 5–10 Years | Tools: Tekla / Revit / AutoCAD

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-precision 3D models and erection drawings for precast wall panels, hollow-core slabs, beams, columns, and double tees.
  • Generate detailed fabrication/shop drawings, hardware schedules, and connection details compliant with PCI standards.
  • Perform clash detection and coordination with architectural and structural BIM models.
  • Communicate directly with US/Canada project managers to resolve RFIs.

Structural Designer – Precast Elements

Experience Required: 3–5 Years | Market: US / Canada Building Codes (ACI / PCI)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform structural engineering design & analysis for precast/prestressed concrete components (wall panels, columns, double tees, spandrels).
  • Calculate gravity, wind, seismic, and erection/handling loads using ACI 318, PCI Design Handbook, IBC, and Canadian building codes (NBCC).
  • Design precast connections, dapped-end beams, bearing pads, hardware plates, and weldments.
  • Collaborate with drafting/detailing teams to ensure design intent and safety factors are met.
